Incoming calls and guest welcoming management

Office supplies management

Administrative support to 2 senior managers

Extensive calendar management and meetings organization

Team project support

Database update and date organization

Expense reports management

Various administrative duties such as invoicing and archiving

Previous similar experience (3y at least) and English bilingual (C2)

Part-time job for a great work life balance

You haveprevious 3-year experience in a similar role an experience in the financial is a big asset outstanding organizational skills and attention to details have a good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word) Fluency in English is compulsory (C2 level is required), French is nice to have, not a need

You areproactive and autonomous,flexible with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindseta team-player, always ready to help, contributing to the good atmosphere

You know how to prioritize and act professionally. Moreover, your sense of ethics and integrity is sound
