Assessment: My balance at EY is very satisfying for me and for EY will ask my clients and my Partner. I left EY to the rank (not functions with us because it follows a line of business, TAX, Audit, heap, auditex, etc...) Assist. Manager Audit (with a specialty in Oil &Gas)
Skills obtained: I was able to develop multi-sectoral skills (Telecom, Oil &Gas, Bank), analysis of markets, accounting and financial knowledge, knowledge of customers and the specificities of the different sectors of activity.
Strengths and weaknesses: EY is one if not the best and the most training companies, being passed in actual business for some time now, I find the inner that proactivity is not mandatory and that annoys him becomes more present.
= Low points, I do not send, perhaps only on human capital and recognition during the evaluations.
-What you liked most and least appreciated (work atmosphere, culture, management...)?
What you have more or less appreciated: Team spirit, the corporate culture that fosters individual development to foster a spirit of belonging to the company; What makes that we always deliver quality work to our clients.
Advice for the company: Improvement point: personnel management about assessments that can be very subjective.
-Is what you would have advice to offer to the company?
= I will recommend a cross-sectional assessment technique (managers evaluate and the staff assesses the deficiencies found or the reasons for the non understanding).
