Assessment: I exercised within EY to social law Department. Of my years at EY is positive.

Skills obtained: Since arriving as a junior, I learned a lot within EY: rigour (verification of information), precision and clarity in the response provided to clients, quality of the delivered work and structuring his argument. I also developed my sense of imagination to propose original ideas.

Strengths and weaknesses: The strong points are above all means at your disposal: legal sources proposed for work are diverse and important. A team in Paris regularly keeps you abreast of the news.
The framework is nice and hardware at your disposal is very well.
Records are very interesting.
There are ancillary services that facilitate you well life.

The low points: they are especially when you stay more than 5 years.

Hourly rate: as time passes, the hourly rate increases automatically until reaching a rate totally disconnected from the region where you live. It becomes difficult to spend time on files and charge in a reasonable manner.

The multiplication of meetings whose relevance is relative. He was increasingly asked to encourage customers to work with other services. Methods were methods almost commercial and that it was not pleasant.
